The 2011 Tour de Vero to benefit the Vero Beach Fire Fighters Association

Come and ride with us at the Tour de Vero in honor of fallen Fire Chief and fellow cyclist Brian Nolan. 34, 54 & 100 mile rides available. SAG support stations placed strategically along the course. Mid day snack provided by Carrabbas Italian Grill, and a raffle at the end of the ride.

Events: 34, 54, & 100 mile bike rides, raffle, and lunch.

Mission: to provide awareness for Coronary Arterial Disease and raise funds for the Vero Beach Fire Fighters Association. The VBFFA is a non profit 501(c)4 that assists with Indian River County Burn Fund, local high school scholarships, fairground improvements, other various chartable organizations, and for the benefit of public safety.

Packet pick up will be at Bicycle Sport on Saturday October 8, 2011 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. You will also be able to pick up packets the morning of the ride up until 6:45 a.m. Don't be late. The ride starts at 7:00 am sharp!

Note: For those of you in the lead group under the police escort there will be a mandatory stop at the SAG station right before the Sebastian inlet at the 67 mile mark. Deputy Ron Bair will say a few words
about our fallen brother Brian Nolan. This will also let our law enforcement officers take a much needed bathroom break.
